吕伟刚博士/博士后，教授，硕士生导师，教育部全国中小学科学教育专家委员会委员，山东省神经科学学会脑科学与数字心理分会副主任委员，青岛市哲学社科青年人才团队学术带头人，中国海洋大学优秀教师，哈尔滨工业大学计算机科学与技术专业本硕博学位，中国海洋大学计算机科学与技术专业博士后，国家公派英国曼彻斯特大学联合培养。多年来一直致力于教育环境下机器学习与评价、智能学习系统建模与仿真、计算机视觉等方面的研究工作，在国内外高水平学术期刊及会议上发表论文100余篇，包括IEEE TAFFC、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TLT、PR、KBS、AIED、EDM等，并申请国家发明专利8项，软件著作权1项。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、山东省自然科学基金、山东省教育科学规划基金等多项国家级、省部级课题，担任国内外多个顶尖期刊及会议审稿人，以及国家科技专家库、山东省科技专家库专家。
